Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"Everything about my experience with Chris Kelso and Morgan Ferguson was great! I honestly don't know how I could have done this without them. They are transparent and walk you through the entire process. I ask a lot of questions, and they answered them all! I spoke with Morgan every single day throughout my process. She is a human calculator! She monitored interest rates and made sure I got the best one! This was no easy task since I bought my home when interest rates had skyrocketed. It was a long tedious process and they were trustworthy and diligent! Other lending companies may seem appealing but they aren't always honest. Chris and Morgan were transparent and made sure I was able to become a home owner. Both Morgan and Chris can be reached over the weekend, which if you're an anxious person like me, is absolutely necessary. Even though the process is over, I miss talking to Morgan about houses everyday. Did I mention they even showed up at my closing, which is unheard of!! I truly couldn't have asked for better team! I look forward to buying my next house because I know I'm in good hands! They are truly a dynamic duo!"
